Returns Policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Anahaw Studio. However, should you wish to return an item, we offer refunds on any item that is unused and in its original packaging with labels attached. Please note that we cannot process refunds for any items that have been used.

Delivery costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying the costs for returning your item. Returned items that have been subject to “free delivery” and are being returned for a monetary refund will have our delivery cost deducted. We recommend that you send by tracked mail or courier and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for missing parcels.

We work hard to provide accurate photos and and information so any details you can provide about the reason for your return will help us to improve our service and quality of the product in the future. 

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

How to return an item?

3. Repack the products for return.

4. Drop your parcel at the nearest post office or with your chosen courier.

Keep your proof of postage.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will issue a refund within 10 working days. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

In the event that you have received a faulty item, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please note that we at Anahaw Studio check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending them out to you and returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you.
